To help patients reach their goals and improve their quality of life, we offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology.

Speech therapy

Speech therapy helps patients either recover or develop the ability to speak, eat, listen, read, think and/or write. Our experienced speech-language pathologists evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with speech, cognitive, communication and swallowing disorders.

Occupational therapy

Occupational therapy helps patients regain independence through progressive activities and exercises to build fitness and functional capabilities. Occupational therapy may benefit patients who have experienced cancer, orthopedic conditions, neurological conditions and pelvic floor disorders.

Dry needling

Dry needling is a form of therapy in which fine needles are inserted into myofascial trigger points (painful knots in muscles), tendons, ligaments or around nerves to stimulate a healing response in painful musculoskeletal conditions. We offer this specialized therapy to decrease pain and muscle tightness, promote healing and encourage a return to optimal function.

Specialized therapy and rehab programs

To help patients recover physically and mentally from specific disorders, diseases and conditions, we offer the following specialized rehab programs.

Cancer rehab

As part of our cancer care program, we offer specialized cancer rehab services. Our skilled therapists understand the toll cancer and cancer treatment can take and are dedicated to helping cancer patients improve physical functioning and well-being.

Sports medicine

We diagnose, treat and provide preventive care for sports injuries and related orthopedic conditions through our sports medicine program. Our hospital provides a fully integrated, comprehensive sports medicine and wellness program to meet our patients' needs and reach their goals.

Specialized lymphedema rehabilitation

Lymphedema is an abnormal build-up of fluid that causes swelling most often in the arms and legs, although it can develop in the trunk or torso. The condition develops when lymph vessels or lymph nodes are missing, impaired or damaged by trauma or radiation, or removed. Our certified therapists provide lymphedema therapy, which is the process of removing the fluid that causes swelling through exercise, compression and/or manual drainage. They also teach patients self-management strategies for their lymphedema.
