To find out more about our prevention programs or to schedule training, email us.
Prevention programs include:
- Care Connect. Care Connect is a follow-up program that helps prevent a return ER visit. We schedule a visit and testing. After the results come in, we share what health issues were revealed. Using this information, we help you find the right care. Many who used this service improved their quality of life.
- Stop the Bleed. Stop the Bleed is our free bleeding control training program. We train participants in basic lifesaving interventions like tourniquet use and the basic steps to take when they see someone bleeding.
