Learn about working for Belton Hospital

Let’s start with the facts

You’re looking for a place to make a difference with a healthcare system that offers the best resources to not only the community, but also its employees.

Belton Hospital—conveniently located at Highways 71 and 58 in Belton, Missouri—has served southern Jackson and northern Cass counties since 1984. Those years have allowed the 71-bed facility to put down meaningful roots in a community that depends on its acute and outpatient medical care services.

Spectrum of services at Belton Hospital include a Level III Trauma Center; Level III stroke center; accredited cancer center; Joint Commission-certified Orthopedic Center of Excellence for hip and knee replacement surgery; sleep lab; TIA clinic; advanced diagnostic imaging; and myriad other services help set the hospital apart.

Although the hospital receives awards and prestigious recognition from The Joint Commission, the American Heart Association and other high-profile organizations, we don’t rest on them—instead, our team members put excellence into action.

Community connected

Belton Hospital takes its signature brand of health and wellness beyond the hospital’s campus. Partnerships with local and national organizations put the hospital at the forefront of popular community activities. All part of an effort to educate our neighbors about how to achieve optimal health and wellness—and to be there for them and their families in their greatest hour of need. It’s not just what we do—it’s who we are.
