Jared Mabry, CIO

HCA Midwest Health System—Kansas City’s leading healthcare provider—has appointed Jared Mabry as Chief Information Officer. Mabry assumes responsibilities of overseeing, developing and implement technological solutions to advance the high-quality care and services delivered to thousands of patients throughout the Kansas City region. 

Mabry began his career with HCA in early 2006 at the Capital Division in Richmond. Va. He has held a variety of leadership positions including facility IT Director, Director of Technical Services, and most recently as Director of Operations for the Capital Division.  Mabry has a proven track record of success in strategic planning, change management, project execution and management, operational process improvement and solution delivery. Also skilled in developing strong, effective teams in order to solve complex organizational challenges through leadership identification and development, Mabry is well-versed in IT leadership, information security, infrastructure design and architecture and client support and operations.

Mabry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, N.C. and a Masters in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth in Richmond, Va. Mabry is also a graduate of IT&S Emerging Leaders and serves as a mentor and coach to other developing leaders.
