The hospitals of HCA Midwest Health are now offering free online COVID-19 screening to people located in Kansas and Missouri. Virtual visits are also available for a reduced rate for a limited time.
Take a free online COVID-19 screening questionnaire:
- Go to HCACareNav.com to access the screening tool
- Select “Start screening now”
- If you are at risk for COVID-19, a virtual medical provider* will see you and determine the next steps in your treatment plan.
- If you are not at risk for COVID-19, you may ask additional questions about your symptoms. You then will be navigated to the appropriate care setting, whether it be a virtual visit*, urgent care or physician practice.
*The online screening questionnaire is a free service. A visit with a virtual provider is only $25 for a limited time. For severe symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, call 9-1-1 or go to the ER.
