I had a good experience at Menorah Medical Center. My pre-surgery visit was comprehensive and I was able to have all my questions answered. Post-operative treatment in the ICU was exceptional and I received good care. Every staff member consistently asked if I needed anything else before he/she left the room. Preparation for leaving with medical staff, OT and PT was thorough. We had a longer wait to be released due to a paperwork issue but staff tried hard to resolve it as quickly as possible. The facility displays a good first impression and it was clean and inviting. Thank you.
