A healthcare veteran with nearly 30 years of financial leadership experience, Ardemagni brings a proven track record of advancing strategic priorities and managing and optimizing growth.

Overland Park, Kan. — Today, HCA Midwest Health, Kansas City’s largest healthcare provider, announced that Jeff Ardemagni has assumed the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. Ardemagni will fill the vacancy created by Miah Stutts’ recent promotion to CFO for HCA Healthcare’s Continental Division.

Ardemagni brings extensive financial leadership and broad business acumen from his nearly 30-year career in healthcare finance and deep knowledge of HCA, which he has developed through roles in both HCA Healthcare’s San Antonio and North Texas divisions.

The majority of Ardemagni’s career has been at the executive level in CFO roles, most recently for Methodist Hospital, Methodist Children’s Hospital and Methodist Landmark Hospital, all part of HCA Healthcare’s San Division, and previously for Medical City North Hills in North Richland Hills and Medical City Arlington, both of HCA Healthcare’s North Texas Division. Through these various positions, Ardemagni has a proven track record of managing and optimizing growth, operational effectiveness and margin expansion. In addition, Ardemagni has played a significant role in helping grow service lines, secure capital for expansion projects and mentor finance colleagues for leadership roles.

“I am excited to have Jeff join the HCA Midwest Health leadership team,” said HCA Midwest Health President Keith Zimmerman. “He will continue building relationships with our leaders and providers to drive the financial strategy of the organization and the high-quality services it provides to more than 150 locations throughout the Kansas City region.”

“I look forward to upholding HCA Midwest Health’s commitment to financial stewardship in order to better serve our patients across the region," Ardemagni stated. “Together, with our devoted medical staff and caregivers, we will continue to advance high-quality, compassionate healthcare while growing and adapting to meet the needs of our patients.”

Ardemagni earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a bachelor’s in financial management from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He is also a certified public accountant.
