Our hospital's current visitor information
In order to keep a safe environment for our patients, it is important that all visitors understand our regulations while in the facility. Please note that these may vary by department, and exceptions may occur in certain cases, such as end-of-life care. Ask your nurse for specifics on the unit you're visiting.
- Visiting hours run daily from 7:30am to 8:30pm.
- Maintain social distancing of at least six feet from others.
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when entering or exiting patient rooms.
- While there are no restrictions on the number of visitors allowed in patient rooms or the age of visitors, any child under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all time.
- Exceptions on the number of visitors allowed in patient rooms applies to both COVID-positive patients and those in the NICU.
- For NICU patients, a maximum of two visitors are allowed at a time, but visitors may change out. Children that would like to visit the NICU must be 14 years of age and older.
- If you are visiting a patient who is under observation or tests positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19), restrictions will remain the same.
- Only one designated visitor is allowed for one hour per day.
- Visitor is not able to change out with any other visitors.
- Visitor must check in at the unit station for donning and doffing of proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Level 3 mask and Face Shield must be worn the entire duration of your visit.
We are dedicated to keeping our communities informed regarding emergency situations that may impact patient care.
Circumstances may allow for specific exceptions to any visitation restrictions described on this webpage. Those circumstances include religious visitation as well as a designated support person for a patient with a disability to provide assistance with communication or other necessary components of the patient's treatment. All persons entering under an exception remain subject to appropriate infection control protocols.
