Darrel Box

Chief Executive Officer

Darrel Box is CEO of Lafayette Regional Health Center in Lexington, Missouri. Darrel attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy in 1988. He started at LRHC in 1993 as the Director of Pharmacy and has held several positions since that time. He received his Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota in 2001. In 2003, he joined the senior leadership team becoming CEO in 2013.

Darrel is currently the Chairman of the Community Health Foundation of Lafayette County, a member of the Missouri Hospital Association Critical Access advocacy council, and is Mayor of the City of Buckner.


Tracy Rogers, MSN, SHRM-CP

VP of HR

Tracy Rogers, MSN, SHRM-CP has served as Lafayette Regional Health Center’s Vice President of Human Resources since 2015, and supports more than 230 colleagues at Lafayette Regional Health Center and three physician clinics. She joined HCA Healthcare in 1988 and has nearly 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She spent 27 of those years serving in various nursing and leadership roles. Tracy earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Nursing from University of Central Missouri.


Tyler Stoltman

Vice President of Operations

Tyler Stoltman joined Lafayette Regional Health Center as the vice president of operations in 2021 to provide oversight to its critical access hospital and its 3 rural health clinics. With 10 years of healthcare experience, he has spent the past 6 years in leadership and operations, after spending 4 years working as a certified athletic trainer. Tyler joined HCA Healthcare in 2015. He earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Minnesota State University and a master's of science in healthcare administration from Lindenwood University.
