Individualized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation

Whatever your condition, abilities or needs, we’re committed to helping you regain the highest possible level of independence and functionality. From your first visit, we will work with you one-on-one to set goals for range of motion, balance and other signs of progress. We design individualized inpatient and outpatient treatment programs to help you meet those objectives.

You can begin rehab while you’re at the hospital and continue outpatient rehab therapy after you return home. We can also educate and work with your family members and caregivers, who will help you take care of you at home while you’re working toward your goals.
