Todd Krass

Chief Executive Officer

Todd Krass was appointed chief executive officer of Belton Regional Medical Center in 2005 and has overseen the hospital’s continued expansion and growth. He started his tenure with HCA Midwest Health as the chief nursing officer for Research Psychiatric Center in 1991 and was promoted to the chief executive officer position in 1995. A 45-plus-year healthcare veteran, Todd worked in various nursing and leadership roles at facilities in Texas and Kansas before joining HCA Midwest Health. He has been honored with the American Hospital Association Visionary Leadership Award. Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Washburn University and a master’s degree in nursing from Corpus Christi State University (now called Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi).


Tiffany Mason

Chief Operating Officer

Tiffany Mason has served as chief operating officer of Belton Regional Medical Center since October 2020. She has been with HCA Midwest Health since 2013 and has served as vice president of operations for Menorah Medical Center and director of rehabilitation and sports medicine, multi-specialty clinic and sleep disorders center at Lee's Summit Medical Center. Tiffany earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from William Jewel College, a master's degree in occupational therapy from Rockhurst University and an MBA from Western Governors University. Tiffany is also a graduate of HCA Healthcare's Executive Development Program.


Steve Sahr

Chief Financial Officer

Steve Sahr was appointed chief financial officer of Lee’s Summit Medical Center and Belton Regional Medical Center in November 2024 to oversee the financial functions and achieve strategic financial goals at both HCA Midwest Health hospitals. Steve brings a wealth of financial management expertise and broad knowledge of our health system, having worked in various ACFO, controller and accountant capacities throughout HCA Midwest Health during the past 16 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS, and a master of business administration from Webster University in Kansas City, MO.


Robyn Miller, RN, NE-BC-BCEN, TCRN

Chief Nursing Officer

Robyn Miller, RN, NE-BC-BCEN, TCRN, was appointed chief nursing officer of Belton Regional Medical Center in 2022. A 20-plus-year healthcare veteran, Robyn began her HCA Midwest Health career at Research Medical Center in 2012 as director of emergency services and has worked in such clinical and leadership roles as assistant chief nursing officer for Overland Park Regional Medical Center and director of emergency services/nursing operations, interim assistant chief nursing officer and interim telemetry director at Centerpoint Medical Center. Before joining HCA Midwest Health, Robyn served in nurse and nursing leadership roles at two Kansas City-area health systems. Robyn earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Truman State University, a bachelor's degree in nursing from Avila University and a master's degree in nursing leadership from Western Governors University.
