Recently, my husband was admitted to Belton Regional Medical Center for complications due to congestive heart failure. From the time he was admitted to the emergency room until he was discharged, he received excellent care from Dr. David Williams, nurses and all the staff at Research Belton. The administrator personally came and talked to us which helped ease our fears and we knew we had selected the right hospital for his care. The rooms were pleasant and cheerful. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, showed concern, treated us with dignity and respect all of which you don’t find at large hospitals.
We recently became dissatisfied with the cardiologist he’s been a patient of at another area hospital since 1991 and he is now a patient of a cardiologist at Research Belton whom we have great faith and trust in.
If anyone has had issues with this hospital in the past, give them another chance. We were very pleased with the excellent care he received and in the future, Research Belton will be our hospital of choice.
The Visiting Nurses Association recommended inpatient physical therapy care and we selected Foxwood Springs Health Center. They made all the arrangements for his admittance which we appreciated. He received excellent care form the staff, everyone was friendly and the therapists were outstanding.
We feel very fortunate we have Belton Regional Medical Center and Foxwood Springs in our area so close to home. Thank you to everyone associated with these establishments for the great care he received and the love and concern shown to our family.
