Todd Krass, chief executive officer of Belton Regional Medical Center, today announced the signing of a new partnership with Danny Carroll, MD, orthopaedic surgeon and owner of Bone & Joint Specialists, P.C. With the new partnership, Midwest Physicians will manage the newly formed Bone & Joint Specialty Group business.
Dr. Carroll, along with orthopaedic surgeon James F. Queenan III, DO, and orthopaedic nurse practioner Kim Winkley, FNP-C, ARNP, will begin seeing patients in their new suite on the second floor in Belton Regional Medical Center’s new medical office building on February 1. With the agreement, Midwest Physicians will help enhance and expand IT&S support including the implementation of electronic medical record technology and communications for the clinic.
As part of the agreement, Belton Regional Medical Center will collaborate with Cass Regional Medical Center to continue to offer advanced orthopedic services to patients in Cass County at both hospitals as well as in clinics, including the Bone & Joint Clinic in Harrisonville located in the Rock Haven Medical Mall.
