Midwest Stroke Care offers five award-winning accredited stroke centers close to home so people showing the warning signs of a stroke won't have to travel far for life-saving care.
Patients seeking care at our stroke centers have access to the area's largest team of experienced neurologists, neuroradiologists and neurosurgeons.
HCA Midwest Health System is proud to be the only hospital system in the Kansas City area to offer a network of five stroke centers at Centerpoint Medical Center, Lee's Summit Medical Center, Menorah Medical Center, Overland Park Regional Medical Center, and Research Medical Center. Research Medical Center and Menorah Medical Center remain two of the only few medical centers in the region able to perform intra-arterial interventions, expanding the time critical window for stroke reversal.
